Collabs can be fab

Hear me out. I don't know a single instance that an idea isn't made better after a collaboration. When ideas and people come together, it produces something magical.

I've always seen successes in teams and a business when everyone works towards the same goal. When teams share the same passion and drive to create and deliver a better platform or product.

I love how engineering teams have started to develop a collaborative ecosystem, combining a mix of product, development, SRE, quality, architecture - everyone playing their role in this giant ecosystem.

When I develop an idea - I run it by these various teams and you gain so much insight from different perspective that helps to formulate towards a viable implementation and product.

I implore you, to keep an open mind, listen and then you'll design something beautiful - and not to mention...complete!
